What's Inside

What you'll get in the Cookbook

Three sections packed with practical, copy-paste prompts — not theory.

50 Prompt Recipes

Each recipe is a complete, tested prompt you can copy into any AI tool and get results immediately. No tweaking needed.

The 6-Part Format

Every recipe follows the same Dish → Taste Test structure so you learn the pattern, not just the prompt. Build your own recipes in minutes.

Variation Tags

Each recipe comes with remix suggestions — swap the tone, audience, or format to create dozens of variations from a single recipe.

The Framework

The PromptChef recipe format

Every recipe follows the same 6-part structure. Learn it once, use it everywhere.

01
🍽️Dish

What you're making

The output format — a LinkedIn post, a product photo, a 30-second Reel. Name the dish before you cook it.

02
🧑‍🍳Diner

Who it's for

Your target audience. The more specific the diner, the more tailored (and effective) the dish.

03
🌶️Flavor

The tone & style

Casual? Authoritative? Cinematic? Flavor is what separates generic AI slop from content that feels like yours.

04
📋Diet

The constraints

Word count, format rules, things to avoid. Constraints don't limit creativity — they focus it.

05
🎨Plating

The structure

How the output is organized — sections, bullet points, visual layout. Good plating makes good content scannable.

06
Taste Test

The quality check

Built-in evaluation criteria so the AI self-reviews before serving. Catches 80% of issues on the first pass.

The Viral Hook Generator

Generate scroll-stopping opening lines for any social platform. Uses psychological triggers (curiosity gap, pattern interrupt, emotional hook) to maximize stop-rate.

Prompt You are an expert social media copywriter who specializes in writing viral hooks. **Dish:** Write 5 scroll-stopping hook variations for a social media post. **Diner:** [TARGET AUDIENCE] who are scrolling [PLATFORM] during their morning commute or lunch break. **Flavor:** Conversational, punchy, and slightly provocative. Each hook should create a curiosity gap that makes the reader think "wait, what?" Use pattern interrupts — start with something unexpected. **Diet:** - Each hook must be under 15 words - No clickbait — the post must deliver on the hook's promise - Avoid overused phrases: "game-changer," "you won't believe," "here's the thing" - Include at least one hook that uses a specific number or statistic **Plating:** For each hook, provide: 1. The hook line itself 2. [In brackets] the psychological trigger it uses 3. A one-sentence suggestion for the post body direction
**Taste Test:** Before presenting your hooks, verify each one: - [ ] Creates genuine curiosity (not just clickbait) - [ ] Is under 15 words - [ ] Would make YOU stop scrolling - [ ] Works without context (standalone in a feed) - [ ] Matches the specified platform's culture
